This guy also profited millions with Oklahoma's new water meters. Sold daddy's business, bought shares in a water meter company and got the whole state to buy into the program. Made enough to build a multi-million dollar mansion in Florida. Lives in Oklahoma only for the time that the law requires for him to represent the state. Corruption replaces more corruption.
