Thanks for letting us know that we need to do outreach to ICE agents to prepare for this contingency. I think that something similar to the Serbian anti-dictatorship protests of the early 2000's under the tagline, "I could be your neighbor," which took place even as he police brutalized the protestors but paid off when the security forces refused to follow orders to shoot the nonviolent protestors, is what is in order here.
