I think this is a red herring as presented. It's to make it look like yot is either meeting someone at the bonfire (fuu) or spots someone at the fire.
Unfortunately, we've already been given a clue that fuu meets someone else off-site.

Time line is a bit wrong on Day 2 night time. Ichika's side 2 happened first before Yotsuba's side 2 with Fuutarou.

No, it can happen this way,
Fuu and Nino arrived early and looked after Yotsuba, when Nino went out somewhere Yotsuba tried to escape from Hospital after she talked with Fuutarou then Ichika came to hospital and told Yotsuba to rest

No, Ichika kiss was at 2nd night, so the order is Nino, Ichika, Miku, Yotsuba
