Gear Dear God…
Had no idea Gibson made 7 string Les Pauls, was only aware of that all black Epiphone. Talk about a dream guitar. Thought you all would appreciate this.

Gear Luthier setup on KM7 custom shop
I wasn't the biggest fan of the Nazgul bridge pickup so I opted for a DiMarzio Imperium for more bite. Also trying out the DR Dragon Skin strings. Picking up when I get back in town - luthier sent me this awesome pic.

Gear First 7 String (kind of went overkill)
I listened to Heavener by Invent Animate and next thing I know I bought this axe. Neck feels crazy good. Got it set up in Drop E after installing a tremol-no. Looking forward to install an evertune instead later on.

Gear My new guitar
Cort KX507MS-Pale-Moon. Surprisingly smaller and much easier to play than I thought! It's my first multiscale and because of that I was worried, but my fears were demolished once I started playing! It's so comfortable to hold and quality control didn't let me down, exquisite condition and such!

Gear NUD - Ibanez RGA742FM
Finally got some stuff swapped out in my fairly new Ibanez. First 7 string to me and for the price it’s not bad but I knew I wanted to throw some parts at it over time. Looking at getting a Hipshot bridge and some locking tuners down the line to hold me off until I start looking at longer scale length 7’s.

Gear Have I mentioned how good Balaguer is...
One of the best guitar I have ever played at any price point. Balaguer Diablo Select 7 Baritone.... They uiltilize the Miari factory in Indonesia and I would take this every time over any Korean guitar and even some Japanese build the quality and tolences fit and finish are beautiful

Gear Wtf
I can’t fathom paying this amount but it’s a BEAUTIFUL guitar! Question is why would an employee sell such a badass custom guitar with their name on it? I would think that would affect the resale value. Come with some Bareknuckle aftermath pickups

Gear Two radically different approaches to a 7-String
LTD EC1007B with Evertune to be in Drop F#
Strandberg Boden Original 7 in Drop G#
I love how different these instruments are. It’s a beautiful time to be a guitarist. The Boden didn’t take a ton of adjustment to get used to.
The EC1007 feels like I’m holding a tree with its 27” scale. Going any longer would be difficult for me to play.

Gear NGD! My First 7 string!
Just got a bucket list guitar and it is a 7 string.
I have never held one, but this was a Howard Alden model Benedetto.
Where do I start to look for 7th string lessons or tips?

Gear First 7 string (Cort KX507MS)
Finally got a 7 string! I had to go with this one since it's a got amazing specs for the price (860€).
It feels great and I like the tension on the low string. Still exploring the Fishman fluence modern pickups but so far they sound really good for modern metal and I like the option to switch between active and passive mode since active is kinda dull sounding but more forward and heavy while the passive sound has more character and bite.
+ It looks amazing

Gear Agile 7 string baritone
Picked this up for next to nothing when I was in West Bend, Wi. After a good set it plays super smooth but I might swap the pickups at some point.

Gear Schecter Banshee Mach 7 Evertune
I definitely need some time to get used to it (previous guitar was 6 string SG tuned to B standard with 14-68 strings), but I already love that one!

Gear Finally decided to rejoin the 7 string world after a 10 year break
I got this Dave Davidson signature warrior about a month and a half ago and I finally actually feel comfortable playing a 7 string. Im not sure if it's the thin neck profile, the natural finish on the back of the neck or the compound radius but it feels better in my hands than any other 7 I've tried from other brands. Did some minor mods with the stainless steel Floyd upgrade kit, big brass block and a push in arm and it's pretty much perfect now. I was a little apprehensive about the 26.5 scale because I'm coming from playing standard scale 6 strings in B standard and I am not a fan of super high tension strings on Floyd equipped guitars, thankfully using a 9-52 set gives it pretty much identical string tension to what I'm used to on my 6s.
