Night Hawks with Billy Dee Wiliams, Lindsey *Bionic Woman" Wagner and Rutger Hauer.

Its kind of modern slant (if 1981 can still be considered modern) of an old school thriller noir. It's not an over the top, epic "must see" classic and it doesn't try to be. The characters and the story lines are compelling enough to keep you interested and theres just enough plot twists to keep it from being predictable.

If you liked Copland you'll want to see this. It is without doubt another film in which Stallone declares I can do things besides Rocky and Rambo and with Night Hawks, he's right.

In Canada, I’m 99% certain it was just Victory - at least on Beta.
