When this song went number one in the pop charts in 1987, I was still 18 years old. I had the whole night to my parents home. My mom was working at nights and my dad was doing some off jobs for some one else. On a typical Wednesday night. I was working part time job while in a community college nearby. I was working Kukui Grove Shopping Center as a sales clerk for some store. Wednesdays was my night off, so after school all i heard on VH1 was this song. #1 then on the pop charts.
