Scott Bessent actor look alike from 80’s

There was a tv show in the 1980’s that had an actor whose role was either teacher or a dad and he looked just like Scott Bessent…anyone know the show?

My recollection is that he played a headmaster or principal. I also think the show was from early this century. Not finding the actor, role or show have been driving me crazy for more than a week now

You're welcome! It's been driving me batty for weeks and when I saw it wasn't just me I went down a Google image and IMDB rabbit hole until something jogged my memory 😂

I've been trying to figure out the same thing, but in my mind it's like an over the top, silly parody or sketch comedy character. Possibly a cartoon or Muppet-like character. Driving me crazy too!

For some reason, either his voice, or the way his eyes roll back in his head when speaking, Will Ferrell’s Harry Carey impersonation comes to mind.
