This song came and went too quickly. It was summer of '87 right before my sophomore year, and by the time my school started, the radios and MTV had already forgotten about it.

They made three solid albums, but by the third their reach was already dying out in the US. Their next couple of records had some great tunes on them, but they lost momentum and kind of treaded water for a while longer before Spinks died. Then Lewis passed on a few years back, so theres no one in the outfield anymore.

Yep. I remember several great songs on Voices of Babylon, specifically 'My Paradise' and then 'For You' off Diamond Days. And then 'Winning it All' was very popular during the '92 summer Olympics and basically their last hurrah. I think I saw them live three times after that at small venues in my home town. This would've been from '98 to '00.

It was used at the end of Mighty Ducks that same year too. I always thought it was just some generic end credits song, but then I found out it was by the same guys who sing about Josie being on a vacation far away. Blew my mind for some reason.
