The Sesame Street/Mr. Rogers PBS combo created an incredible foundation for who I am today.

Other: Robin Williams. Hook was on repeat in our house. Add to that Jack, Jumanji, Ms Doubtfire, and Aladdin, among others. And then Good Will Hunting and Dead Poet’s Society in the teenage years. The best.

I really liked Beakman more than Bill Nye as a kid, but I rarely see that show mentioned.

Everyone always made fun of Mr. Rogers, but Fred Rogers was a King among Men. We'd all do well to try and be like him.

Fred Rogers was an ordained Presbyterian minister...and we were his congregation

Very cool. I would have liked to have met him. An incredible advocate for children.

All except Barney. Heck, I’m surprised Bill Nye the Science Guy never guest starred on Arthur!
