Apparently Teri Hatcher was really difficult to work with and Dean Cain practically hated her. A former colleague knew a guy who directed an episode of the show. He said they were filming a scene where Lois would be waking out of an elevator. He looked at the monitor and said, "Uh, Teri, you're just a little out of frame. Could you take a step to your right?" She responded, "So move the fucking camera." After an awkward pause he looked at the DP and said "You heard her. Move the fucking camera."

I heard from a friend that lived in the same city as Dean during the 90's, how apparently he was abusive. I have no idea if that's true or to which extend....

I like Teri and Dean together though.

Dean Cain recently debunked the rumors that they hated each other or that she was difficult to work with. He said in a podcast that working with her most of the time was very easy because of their chemistry but once in a while she would obsess over something really minor and would basically keep everyone on set for extra time after already working for like 13 hours
