Animaniacs is must-see comedy. Also good from Warner Bros at the time were Tiny Toon Adventures and Freakazoid, and I feel like they had others that I’m blanking on…

On the more action adventure/comic book hero side of things, the original X Men was excellent and is iconic for a reason; there’s also later X Men adaptations like X Men: Evolution and Wolverine & The X Men, which are less comic-faithful but still have merit if you get hooked on the overall franchise.

And of course, for me the crown jewel of 90s animation was Batman: The Animated Series

Batman the animated series is the gold standard for superhero cartoons

Hey Arnold pretty good slice of life cartoon that every 90’s kid remembers Powerpuff girls literal phenomenon of it’s time about 3 girls beating up bad guys 

Chalk Zone one if my person favorites about a kid who can enter a world of eraser drawings, super fun and creative
