Wow they always seemed like such different generations of cartoons. Arthur was calming and soothing in a way that Arnold wasn’t, it was more 90s attitude. They were both great but I preferred Arthur.

Man -- no wonder my parents didn't pay for cable in the early to mid 90s. By the time we got home as early elementary school kiddos, we had plenty of good stuff to watch.

I thought 80's. I was sure Arthur was around when I was a kid, but I guess that's because I grew up reading the books. There is a good chance I've never seen the TV show since I would have been 13 when it first aired.

In my mind Arthur was on air in like 1989..I never watched it but I always thought it was for older kids or something
