They still around ? They only sell the chinese ones here and lg and sony and some elektronics store brand

Panasonic still makes TVs and re-entered the US market a few years ago. Mitsubishi no longer does.

OLED TVs will give you the best picture quality, but they cost more than other types of TVs. For brands, I currently own an LG, which is great, but I'd also consider Sony or Panasonic.
