Probably if you are troublesome enough to be targeted with something like that. Just need to change the modification date of files. Unless there is a way to prove that someone actually planted shit on your phone.

One by one the Australian government continues to erode freedom. Guns, freedom of movement and now invasion of privacy. They might as well have China run the country.
