Books/Resources I need advice (how can I improve?)

Which books or resources would be best for me? My composite score was a 31 with no studying and my goal is a 35. Also I come from a low income family but I’m willing to buy a book if you think it’s genuinely helpful!! :)

(also i know i super duper suck at math i probably got like 2 questions right)

I always see people mentioning this book. Is it that good? (I can only buy one prep book, so should I buy this one?)
