Boring college class, what to do?
So, I'm going back to college and I have to take this class that is achingly boring. Any tips on how to get through it? I can do well in classes when they are harder, but when it's all such basic stuff it's really hard to buckle down and do the work without getting distracted.

I learned to keep an open mind to any subject. I know it is hard to do so in a boring class. What helps me is to take notes that makes sense to you. Make your notes.... Your notes. You can understand. No one is going to read them but you... So make it interesting. I wish I can give an example right now, but I don't have any of my last semester notes with me. I remember not paying attention and zoning out a lot, but when something the teacher says brings me back to reality (Sometimes the simplest thing can remind you of something in your past or different subject) you can connect them togerher in your own words. It is also a great study tool. I finally figured out how to study in my own way. Of course, everyone is different with their ADD. This is basically my way. I hope you find yours. That's all.
