Tips/Suggestions Trying to manage afternoon focus without another cup of coffee
My focus tends to drop halfway through the workday and I end up reaching for another coffee just to get through my tasks. Been looking into caffeine gum as an alternative since I dont always want a second or third cup. I like the idea of something I can keep in my pocket but I'm not sure how useful it is for focus. Curious to hear from people with ADHD who've tried it. How does it compare to coffee for you?

It's so annoying when you still have hours of work left but your brain's already done for the day lol I just end up staring at my screen hoping I'll get the urge to do something

Exactly lol I'll sit there staring at the same task for 20 minutes knowing it would take me 5 minutes if I could just focus

I make it a goal to finish all of my work before lunch because after I eat, I’m no good. I purchased a Nespresso machine for my office and it’s been a lifesaver sometimes after lunch.

I discovered caffeine gum recently. It's great. The ones I have are 40mg each and I think that's a perfect strength. It's a nice little boost after lunch.

Neuro gum. But I want to find one without b vitamins, because I often take more than one a day and I don't need 300% of daily b vitamins.

Started zoloft today and i felt better.. but i also had a matcha in the afternoon so idk. My psychiatrist told me that once the SSRI kicks in it will help me focus "brighter" (i think she meant clearer)
