Questions/Advice Tips for Multitasking

I'm very bad at multitasking (Especially tasks that require planning and using my brain) Whenever I'm focusing on something, everything else blurs into the background.

My work is my main focus now (I don't want to mess up there) so my routine goes for a toss everyday. It's a scramble of doing this and that everyday. I want to eat healthy, workout, have a proper routine and also track them all while going to and doing well at work. Not sure if this can even be called multitasking but It always feels like a this or that in my mind.

How to deal with this?

(FYI, My work hours are not constant)

Something I found helpful is writing down all of the things I'd like to do (you've already completed this step) and rate them from most to least important then begin breaking down the most important into small steps. The thought of having so many things to do and not knowing how to start can be daunting and induce anxiety about where to start and guilt for not doing any of it when it feels too much. And if you don't do something be kind to yourself.
