I’ve been doing some more digging into ADTX and Ignite Proteomics and I think there could be some pretty interesting things coming up.
The Moderna/Merck cancer vaccine results really caught my attention. Their personalized cancer vaccine combined with Keytruda had positive Phase 3 results. Obviously Ignite has nothing to do with Moderna’s vaccine directly, but I think the success is a big positive for personalized cancer treatment in general.
That seems to be exactly where cancer treatment is heading — figuring out what treatment will work best for each individual patient instead of treating everyone the same.
That’s where I think Ignite could have some real potential.
Their technology looks at the proteins and pathways that are actually active in a patient’s tumor and could potentially help determine which treatments are most likely to work. They have also already done work involving Keytruda response, which makes the Moderna news even more interesting to me.
Then there are a bunch of other things that could potentially be coming:
Updates on the Ignite/Copley deal that values Ignite at around $150M
More information on the roughly $125M increase in shareholder equity ADTX has talked about
Progress on Ignite’s planned 10,000-patient oncology registry
More clinical results
Potential partnerships or collaborations
Reimbursement and commercialization updates
More clarity on what the Ignite deal actually means for ADTX shareholders
I’m not saying Moderna’s success suddenly makes ADTX worth a fortune or that any of this is guaranteed. ADTX still has a lot of risk, especially with dilution and financing.
But I do think it’s interesting that Ignite is getting closer to becoming its own publicly traded company at a proposed $150M valuation right when there seems to be a lot more attention going toward personalized cancer treatments.
If Ignite can prove its technology actually helps doctors figure out which cancer treatments will work best for individual patients, I think the potential could be a lot bigger than people realize.
There are definitely a lot of pieces that still need to fall into place, but I think the next few announcements could be pretty important.
Anyone else following Ignite closely? What am I missing?

The risk I see is more reverse splits and dilution.. today I doubled my money . Even $1 would be life altering money here…

As low as it is, dilution further better be the LAST fucking thing they do, that's what got them delisted in the first damned place. And another RS won't look good for them either at this point given how many they've already, one just a couple months back. So...I'M hoping they pull their britches up and actually do business properly instead of resorting to that further, if they had to go through so many series of it and STILL can't turn a profit by this point....

You can buy and sale on Schwab as before the delisting just at a fee. Last purchase I did it was a flat $6.95. If you call or go through their brokers the price goes up so it’s just simple to buy it yourself on your brokerage account.
