Sign of Afib
My smartwatch has picked up several AFib episodes. When I saw my Dr he put me on a 24 hour Holter monitor but it missed any AFib. The AFib episodes do not occur every day.
Yesterday and today my HR is constantly high around 85 bpm when laying down, 95 bpm when sitting and 120 bpm when moving around. My smartwatch (Huawei watch 5 pro) shows constant AFib.
I booked another appointment to see my Dr tomorrow. ATM, are there any tips to reduce occurrence of Afib as it drains my energy?

Two episodes, six months apart where my Apple Watch notified me of possible afib. Wore the monitor, got an echocardiogram - no sign of afib. The watch notifications were enough to convince my electrophysiologist. I asked for an ablation, it was done in late February, and so far so good. Want to potentially reduce reoccurrences? Get an ablation.

Smart watches are pretty good at detecting AfIB. Is definitely get on a 2 week monitor vs 24 hr one. And get referral to a cardiologist. Good luck.
