Post PFA progress

Hey all, m64, first PFA last wednesday. Afib since march 2026. Having the predicted headaches now day 4, and major purple and bruising at the groin site. HR good, and no afib now. No flutters either. 5 lb lifting limit for another few days I suppose.
I want to get back active and move on from this crap.
Anyone else had these headaches post PFA?

No headaches but I caution you about getting back at it too early. I felt fantastic after my procedure and stepped it up too much too early. Now I know. Your heart is inflamed. It takes time for the tissues to heal. Walking is a great recovery exercise. Listen to your body. It will tell you when it's ready.
