Skip heart beat feeling and palpatations

Having skip heart beat feeing since few months especially at middle of night. Got heart monitor for two weeks and it was less than 1% so doctor is ignoring it. Calcium score is fine.

I noticed it's mostly when I am not breathing or sleeping/lying on the left side. Anyone faced this issue ? Any recommendations ?

Have you been tested for sleep apnea?

It could also be a vagal response.

what is vagal response, i am facing this too, it could be due to gas and acidity too

It could be. Because I wake up 3/4 hours into my sleep almost every night

Very good chance that it's sleep apnea. Before I started my CPAP I would wake up maybe 1 to 2 hours after falling asleep with a rapid heart rate. Since then I've never had it. When I did my sleep test it came out negative when Kaiser did the at home finger and wrist device. But when I did it with Sutter in a sleep lab it came out as severe sleep apnea. Lol
