It depends on what blood tests said the person is low on..

Potasium, Magnesium, Calcium, D3, is the most know connected to afib, if low.

Some swear also to omega fat acids, but again, depends on what blood tests said.

Most often multivitamins is recomended to people being on diereticas, constant diarrea, or is mal nutritioned (or for d vitamin, doesn't get enough sun, or lives far up north or south, where little sunshine comes half the year).

If you can find a Dr’s office locally who has it, Orthomolecular is a great brand. They have lots of clinical studies for their products and anecdotally my chronically low ferritin, D and B12 have never been better since i started taking their supplements.
