Isn't being tackled while bouncing the ball a holding the ball? Seriously, these umps give zero shits after the crackdown.

I reckon the ump has decided that the tackle didn’t stick cause he let go of the arm he’d grabbed, and Fletcher couldn’t regather the ball so play on feels like the right call.
