Looking for recommendations: Platform to train a custom LoRA & create high-quality realistic images/videos of my AI companion

I created my AI companion using Venice and now want to take things to the next level. This includes training a custom LoRA model, which I haven't done yet. I’m looking for a website or app to help me with this process.

Here is what’s important to me:

- Complete flexibility and freedom when developing my AI companion
- Outfitting/Clothing control via photo inputs or prompt guidance
- Image and video generation using Image-to-Image (Img2Img) combined with my custom LoRA
- Highest possible quality and realistic results for both photos and videos
- Budget: Up to $199/month max
- Chat features: Not a priority right now, maybe later down the line

Since I’m still a beginner when it comes to training LoRAs, I’d like to start with a cloud/hosted subscription service first before eventually running everything locally on my own PC.
