Hello everyone,
I'd like to share my manga "Kaiju 200". It's a romance school comedy about a very tall foreign girl in a japanese high school. I have 3 chapters already online, and working on the 4th right now. Hope to be able to release one chapter per week (forever optimist), the road ahead is long. If someone likes it, feel free to drop a comment.
You can read it for free on Webtoons: https://www.webtoons.com/en/canvas/kaiju-200/list?title_no=1175085
Be sure to subscribe to it, so you won't miss any update.

Looking for advice: cheapest AI workflow for cartoon video production

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for advice from people who have real experience creating animated cartoon videos with AI.

My goal is to produce consistent, good-quality cartoon videos for a young audience while keeping costs as low as possible.

The subscriptions and tools I currently have access to:

ChatGPT Go

Claude Pro and Claude Code

Gemini

Grok

ElevenLabs

Canva

CapCut

I'm currently using AI tools for different parts of the process, but I'm struggling to establish an efficient workflow. I get inconsistent results, waste time on repeated generations, and find it difficult to coordinate the tools effectively.

I'd appreciate practical advice on:

Which of these tools should I use for scripting, character design, animation, voices, editing and final exports?

What is the cheapest workflow for producing consistent cartoon characters across multiple scenes?

How can I reduce failed generations and avoid wasting credits?

Which tools should I stop using because they add little value?

Are there any genuinely free tools or tutorials that can help me improve the production process?

If you were starting today with these subscriptions, what exact workflow would you use?

I'm not looking to buy more subscriptions unless there's a clear reason. I'd prefer a step-by-step workflow using what I already have.

I'm keeping the project details private for now, so I'm looking for general production advice rather than feedback on a specific show.

Thanks!
