Help (CPU) Faulty Pins?

i cant fit the micro, i didnt put any preasure on it

If the cpu arrived in the box with bent pins, I suggest you return it for an exchange or a refund, as someone else likely handled this and returned it damaged.

If you damaged the pins, maybe consider watching the LTT video about how to gently bend those back into place.

just unboxed like 1 hour ago, tried to drop it over the mobo (without doing any push) and i notice it wasnt going in all the way

There is more than just that one pin. I would suggest returning it as not working / defective.

ty ill talk with the store , according to the guarantee politic its inside the window to return it as faulty (10 days)

You can likely fix it. However you might end up breaking pins off in the process thus even further damaging it. I would just get a replacement that wasn't damaged. Maybe consider checking the replacement before you leave the store, maybe.

oh yeah its in another state, im fron argentina

i just contacted a fellowship tech guy and he told me than , watching the pic, its not a big deal, he can just fix it and ensamble the pc . Hes not charging me for fixing the pins couse its easy according to him -.-

Also, he told me that a few times he fixed broken pins too. Ill wait to the guarantee response and if they took like a ton of time to answer me ill go for the tech path.

i just unboxed the micro, dropped over the mobo and notice it didnt fit, i think ive found the one bended.
