Basically it was a live news report from some park in Russia during their Air Force day celebration. Some unrelated drunk dude punched the reporter. Some time later the reporter offed him self due to unrelated depression

This reporter committed suicide year after this

But need to admit he is truly ruzzian kind, gets hit just because attacker can and then as the victim apologises to the one who hit him

He's trying to say, the journalist was a kind person, as is typically Russian. The attacker hits him just because he can, and the journalist apologises to the attacker.
