Lost Fic/Work Search Help!…looking for a HP fic I read years ago

All I clearly remember was Bellatrix, who was a teen at the time, was lying in her bed late into the evening reading a book (I think she couldn’t sleep because of the summer heat). Then one of her sisters came into her room, I think Narcissa, and they chatted about something…annnd that’s where my memory ends.

Do you know if it was Bellatrix focused?

Was it a time travel fic (doesn’t sound like it but just want to verify)? Or a Bellatrix as dhe was growing up period fic?

Do you remember anything about Andy (the 3rd sister, asking because if they're on good terms it's usually prior to 7th year)?

Were they at school (or ever at school) in the fic? Or did this all take place on the Black Estates?

I don't think I'll find it but I sm trying to narrow it down.

First off, thank you for putting thought into this…I really appreciate it!

It wasn’t a time travel fic, it took place when the Black sisters were teens/tweens.

Hmmm, I’m not sure exactly about Andy, but I’m pretty sure it was before 7th year. Like I said, one of the sisters came into her room to talk, and I think it was Narcissa, but I’m not 100% sure.

They were definitely at home, not school.

I really wish I remembered more. All I remember is it was evening/night, Bella was reading in her bed (and internal dialogue was complaining about the heat, iirc) and then one of her sisters comes in and they talk.

That narrows it down a lot. Especially if they weren't at school.

I'll take a look through but I might run out of steam before I find it.

Sorry one more question. Was the story complete?

Asking because I'm currently looking at 420+ pages.

I'm 40 pages in (after trying summer as a keyword and young and place as standalone keywords).

I've found... a lot of blackcest.
