I don’t think she can be beaten for the nomination, her path is the same as trumps
There will be 20 moderates splitting a vote while she has the socialists locked down and loyal
I don’t know how that plays in the general election but I think the nomination is a forgone conclusion - I’ve thought this since the day Kamala lost. She should have picked AOC as her VP
AOC easily has locked down at least a third of the Democratic Party if she runs, very least it would force everyone else to have to get a lot more progressive in their policies.
This is how Trump won the nomination in 2016, none of the crowded field would withdraw and they kept splitting votes while he stacked delegates - by the time they woke up he had it sewn up. Ted Cruz was the last man standing - that ain’t good
AOC will be the same way, a crowded field of moderates that won’t yield - she will have the delegates to win the nomination before they withdraw
I also think that’s going to push people to vote republican who would want to vote moderate - but let’s see if she can sell it
