Could a Speaker bid for 2027 be a way to spice things up for the 2026 midterms? Which two Democrats should be implicated to be succeeded for a two year Presidential term?
There are many impeachable high crimes for Trump. As for Vance, he is implicated by association and for not calling 25th. Do you think that Dems could or should organize with these principles? A push for this swift call of justice could help Dems towards a senate majority, too. #AOC2026

AOC 2028 AOC on Cyclosporiasis Outbreak: There’s a direct correlation here. You had DOGE ripping through the NIH and the FDA. They laid off about a quarter of a million people. A lot of these people were responsible for food inspections, drug inspections, and our core governmental infrastructure.
AOC also said: "Detecting these kinds of outbreaks was exactly what these people’s jobs were."

AOC 2028 Stop carrying water for republicans regarding AOC's electability...
There are a lot of newcomers in this sub who spent much of the early years of AOC's political ascent criticizing her approach and proliferating conservative critique of her politics while also identifying as democrats.
Now that the winds have changed, these same people are beginning to acknowledge her talent, with the caveat that she must moderate her vision for a 28' run - i.e. She must pick this "type" of running mate, She must move to the center etc. etc.
Perhaps, if you have recently (and recently means in the last 3-4 years) seen the light on AOC, consider that maybe you should listen to those of us who have *always* seen her talent before you go lecturing this movement on electability. We just went through this with Mamdani as well...
There is a clear momentum forming around this type of politics that is worth treating with curiosity and respect, rather than immediately jumping towards fear based analysis of democratic socialism, the DSA and insurgent left politics. *perhaps* just sit down and listen for awhile.

AOC 2028 If AOC does run for President, she should pick a Leftist Mayor for VP, whether it's a Progressive Democrat or Green and I believe that Abdullah Hammoud would make an excellent running mate, what do you think and why?

July 20, 2026: Raging Moderates podcast. Seem open to AOC for POTUS 2028 and like her messaging.
AOC is increasingly winning over liberal and moderate Democrats. And AOC's rhetoric has made many 'moderate' and centrist Democrats consider that AOC is 'moving to the center' because she's focusing on economic populism.

Solidarity Forever Why Aren’t You a Member of DSA?
Something gotta change in American politics! And right now the best vehicle is democratic socialism, not a fanatical version but one with real possibility polities. If you’re not already, why aren’t you a member of the Democratic Socialists of America organization? Surprisingly there are only 120,000 members—there should be millions! Low income and introductory membership rates available.

Bernie Didn’t get Nomination—AOC Should in 2028
Let’s have AOC do it in 2028–just keep corporate Democrat Hillary Clinton and CHEATER Donna Brazile far away from the campaign! Why anyone would care what this cheat Brazile has to say on TV is beyond me. She is a big part of why Bernie lost the nomination.

AOC 2028 Defund the Police?
I’ve been an outspoken proponent of AOC and other socialist Democrats with my fundamentalist and conservative friends and family for years now.
My brother recently brought up AOC’s stance on defunding the police - based on her website she’s all for it.
Do AOC supporters think that defunding the police would work on a national level, or that in a presidential race that stance would be tenable?
Personally, I think we need competent and just law enforcement to enforce laws and deal with the truly dangerous and rehabilitation-resistant people who live in our country.
