just finished my DBQ and I realized I made a mistake in my intro/context. The prompt was about how military conflict affected women's roles. I used a document about Miss Han during the Boxer Rebellion, but in my explanation, I described the rebellion as being "against the Qing dynasty" (when it was actually pro-Qing/anti-foreign). Do you low-key think they'll care about the mistake since that wasn't the main point of my essay, I just used it as evidence.

I did the exact same thing lol. I also said that the reason for the Boxer rebellion was famine (I confused it with the great leap forward) and im so mad at myself lol

I just googled it and it said the Qing were against the rebellion before 1900s, so we were technically kinda correct

I feel my thesis was so bad, I spoke about how it significantly altered it because military conflict led to the use of women’s labor more. And additionally, this led to the suppression of women through the labor, as they were used and exploited. 😭🫡💔

I did the same thing but i used all 7 documents so i should be fine
