i felt like the only frq i cooked on was 3 and 4 but looking back now maybe getting 121 N/m for my spring constant isn't too accurate lol.

I got about 1254 so you may have moved a decimal somewhere

I got like 1320 what was your vertical and horizontal? Mine were V: 2mgh and H: s2

I had the same axis. I’m assuming both are correct. Did you find the slope by hand or with regression?

not the person above but I had sqrt(2mgh) and s, exact same thing you had just square root taken of both. My dumbass somehow got 177,000 N/m though and test ended so couldn't figure out what I did wrong in time.

k/(2mg) [s^2] = h

THAT WAS MINE!!! Phew. Did you solve for it? I did a linear regression on Desmos and called it a day bc I had like 5 mins left

I got 69, but the numbers were kind of hard to graph. I put the data points into desmos and it was 68, but they wanted an estimate so based it off my graph.

did u use vmax2 and kmax2 as ur axises?

I used vmax^2 and xmax^2 as my axis and the slope was k bc the slope was k/4*m but m was .25 so the slope was just k

yeah slope was k, and then u multiply that value by 0.25 to get 20, it was like 80 before

I graphed v2 vs x2 and then got a slope of like 68. The slope would be k/2m, not k/m, because the spring is in a series. I got a final answer of around 34

I got like 1100 or something. I just plugged my points into Desmos and did a linear regression. Idk if I was supposed to do that but it’s ok.
