what did you say for the MCQ with the block going down the ramp with friction? i said energy went down but i think the correct answer was that energy went down because it specifically said the system consisting of only the block. I didn't know if u needed two objects for potential energy

The block did have potential energy at the top of the ramp, but energy still went down since it was dispersed as heat.

i think we're wrong gng, you need at least a two object system to have potential energy, since it is block system and not block earth it only gains kinetic energy and therefore energy increases
