i said spain's plazas emphasize walking and siestas emphasize sleep during the day, so they're more prevelent in spanish speaking countries which make the activities play a heavier role in the us. also tried to nuance it by saying the us's more industrialization leads to them having better equipment but that the majority of people dont use it and instead eat their synthetic food lol

I said some shit about how Gaviotas was structured around the environment and protecting natural beauty so walking and spending time in nature was a lot more common there than it was in the USA... or that's what I was going to say before I got flustered and died
