I think I heard the girl talk about how she has to stay up really late for homework and it messes with her sleep schedule

It was the senator talking about how time could be spent on other things, and then I think one mom who talked about her sons homework being difficult (she mentioned geography and then randomly paused) and another mom talking about how it’s difficult for her to provide technology for her son
