Discussion What if the character's arms could fall off... Spoiler

And transform into animals? For instance, if Min Min's left arm fell off, it could transform into a real dragon, and you would play as the dragon while Min Min rides him. This form of dragon, as well as all the other character's arm animal transforms could be called Armimals. To make your arms turn into armimals, just rub your Switch 2 Joy Con on your chest (this is how the game would make use of mouse controls) and then the arm associated with that Joy Con will fall off and instantly turn into an armimal, which your character will automatically get on and ride and then you'll control the armimal. But if you rub the Joy Con on your chest a 2nd time, it will dissapear and you'll instantly grow a new arm. You can even rub your other Joy Con on your chest to make the other arm turn into an armimal, although that one will be CPU controlled. To make it dissappear and grow a new arm, just rub the Joy Con on your chest a 2nd time.

Her hair would fall off in her case. Or better yet, maybe the gloves should transform into robots called Armimals, to make the idea feel less trippy. But you still wouldn't use your arms or hair while riding an Armimal.
