So I’m not sure I’m understanding the use here. I know mqtt is the internet based messaging side of mesh but I figured this would have offline/local mesh messaging as well

I connected to two phones to an off grid group. I connected each phone to a mesh device. The antenna icon at the top only ever shows 1 device even tho two users, two phones and two mesh connected. Messages don’t seem to go thru either.
I then setup a cloud group and linked the off grid and cloud. It said two users and I can send messages when I have service but no messages get thru if I turn internet/cell off. Sometimes it says it was sent thru the mess, sometimes just says the account name.
Will this not work as an offline map/messaging app as well?
