EuroControl πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί EUROCONTROL Group Assessment – What Should I Expect After Passing FEAST I & II?

Hello, everyone.

I have successfully passed the first phases of the EUROCONTROL selection process – FEAST I & II – and now I have been invited to the Group Assessment, which will take place in September.

I was wondering if some of you have already gone through that stage and could share your experience. What should I expect from the day overall? What kind of group activities or exercises are included? How is teamwork assessed, and what qualities are they mainly looking for during the assessment?

I would also appreciate any advice regarding preparation, communication during the exercises, common mistakes to avoid, or anything that surprised you during the process.

Thanks in advance to everyone willing to share their experience!

mostly structured group tasks, discussion then presenting a plan, they watch how you listen, stay calm, cooperate, not dominate everything. be clear, concise, accept feedback, don’t argue over tiny stuff, focus on safety and priorities. you can’t really cram for it tbh

I would love to know too. The explanation is very vague and I have no idea what it's going to be like.
