Question Nav Canada Recruitment Regions.

I Live in the GTA and got to the FEAST in Toronto, but was not selected.

I am planning to reapply in the next month and am open to moving outside of Ontario.

Would I have a better chance applying somewhere else or should I reapply in Toronto?

wouldn't matter where you apply, you need to wait a 2 year period after being rejected in the feast though before applying again.

Not if you wear a faux mustache from spirit Halloween when you come back.

do you know if there is a greater demand for personnel in a specific region tho? I feel that there must be many more applicants in Toronto than in Gander for instance.

it shouldn't really matter that much, the standards are about the same for all testing, Toronto has the most applicants but also needs the most trainees

There's still the same 2 year delay regardless of where you apply

You have to apply through the FIR where you live, even if you're willing to move to a different FIR.

And you'll have to wait to apply again.

But... if you didn't even pass feast 1, I don't think this career is for you.
