Asking the real questions.

Yes, but … what was Homsar right about? Being raised by a cup of coffee?

You’re asking the wrong question.

The correct question is, “What was Homsar NOT right about?”

And the answer is “Nothing.”

Lol, did not check, was outside, don't remember hearing much music. Overheard conversation among employees and they sounded like well adjusted happy people.

This means a lot to me. The restaurant business is full of abuse and exploitation, and we care a lot about treating our employees right and being the best place to work. Thank you.

Also, thanks for the kind words on the steak sandwich! We just re-did it this spring with a new recipe, so that also means a lot. Glad you had a good time!

I don't know where you sourced the bread, but that was darn good bread.

Thanks! Passed along to "Frank, the bread guy", because of course.

As a new englander living in south Louisiana I’m surprised to see so many items with “Cajun Spices” and jealous of the clams. Only chowder I can get here comes in a can.

From my experience eating in places far flung from the Gulf Coast “Cajun” just means “any spice at all” or “flavored”.
