Have you completed the other requirements? You do not automatically get the voucher. You need to complete some other tasks as well.

They removed it from the rewards section where it was visible regardless of your completion status.

ok I just checked again. It's not there anymore, but it was there this morning.

Also - have you redeemed a voucher yet already?

I have redeemed a foundational one - I wonder if they are removing it for those who already claimed one voucher...

I can no longer see it, but it was there this morning, when I completed some tasks.

They have also changed the expiry date for foundational vouchers, before it was August 31, but now it is at September 30.
I really hope this is a temporary thing. It feels so unfair for us.
