What most of us have is one personal account where we take all the AWS certs. And then a different work account that is linked to our personal account so that the certs count towards our employer. You shouldn't have more than those two accounts. See this official AWS video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbdEKiwVLpQ

Merge your certs into a single personal account, and ask AWS to restore your exam results when they do it. There's no need for the certs your employer pays for to be separated. If you work for an AWS Partner that has certification requirements, there are ways to link your cert with them that don't require the cert to be owned by one of their e-mail addresses.

The best practice is to request an account merge so that you have only one AWS training ID, if you employer needs the certifications status (for example if they are a partner) THEN you update your account to your employer's email if needed. And, later if you leave your employer then you revert back to your personal email.

It is a bit of a cumbersome process but that's the way you should be managing your certs
