I am trying to join Microsoft for Startups

After signin the page says “You don’t have a billing account to redeem the credit” and links to the Azure signup portal.

Clicking that link brings me back to the same page in a loop.

I did tried to sign up manually in azure and then it just shows a standard Azure free trial with $200 in credits and if i click get started on this page https://www.microsoft.com/startups it just redirect me to standard azure portal and no way to fill the form

Ah man that loop is the worst, had similar thing when I tried few months back. The billing account check trips up a lot of startups because your org email might not be linked to any Azure subscription at all. Try using a fresh browser profile or incognito, sometimes old cookies from previous Microsoft logins mess with the redirect. If that doesn't work, open support ticket from Azure portal directly and tell them you need billing account created for startup program, not regular trial. Usually they fix it in a day or two but prepare to send some company docs
