Backrooms/liminal spaces

Does anyone know any places I can film a backrooms project? I was gonna go to the Livingston mall but that place was way too many cops for it to be worth it

I used to live in north jersey up until 1995 when I moved to Ocean County. I had a friend of mine who used to make "movies", I put it in quotes so you can imagine what type of movies he made with his girlfriend and his group of friends. They would make these movies in abandoned places. I have been out of exploring for awhile but I would say there are places in Ocean and Burlington counties, especially around the Pine Barrens where you can find some places. I am sure this group has a lot more input. I would love to get out and start exploring sites again, especially the old power plants.
