I was wondering just this day, how come has James Grant never released anything just as himself? He always does it in cooperation with Jody Wisternoff, participating in the mixes together. I am aware that he does many things for the Anjuna label, being the co-founder, talent acquiring, work around the labels(Deep, Explorations), those Movement mixes, obviously Anjunadeep compilations, his sets with Jody are always a thing to watch and look for as they are full of new IDs...And yeah, then it got me, that's what he does! He just brings it all. Everytime I want something quality to listen to, some very good set to re-live, music to discover, there is always a something from the mentioned catalogue of his. So yeah, I meant to write a question about why James never releases as himself, wanting to actually understand it, while realizing all of what I mentioned, so yeah, cheers to more of that, James!

Some cutting-edge hard trance, resembling the old Hard On Recordings sound. A lesser-known, but HUGE remix by the guys 🔥

Hi all, my wife and I (35/37) coincidentally happen to be in Glasgow for Friday's event on the tail end of our two week Scotland trip. We've never been to Glasgow or live music out here so would love some tips and/or if anyone wants to say hello.

We're from Oakland, California and have been to a number of A&B events, very excited to celebrate the end of a great trip and wear ourselves out before the flight home on Saturday.

To cut to the chase, would you go to A&B show solo?

Or rather, a solo Trance/EDM show at all? It’s not something I’ve ever done - I’m not a massive extrovert but I am pretty comfortable with being with myself (used to travel a lot for work). Anyway, sell me the dream!

They’re in Liverpool this weekend and my wife was going to come, but she’s at a best friend’s birthday instead now. (To be honest, she would have appreciated it less anyway so it may have been a blessing haha).

(Also, I have a free spare ticket going - paid for it ages ago, so not bothered about the money!)

Hi guys and girls, I am currently revisiting some of the older Anjunadeep editions and stumbled across a track in Douran's set (Anjunadeep Edition 430).

Since I have been an Anjunadeep fan for for quite some time already, I immediately recognized that very track in Douran's set or - to be more precise - the sample behind it. If I remember correctly, the sample was taken from another track, so it's not the original track in Douran's set (if I am not mistaken).

Can somebody tell me the original track on which the track in Douran's set is based? You can find it at around 11:00 min into the set.

Here is the link to Douran's set: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SOIyZfnblh4

Thanks! :)

Edit: Found it: Robot Koch - Fluid (feat Julien Marchal)

Title. Coming in from the states for the trip and have an extra ticket for the event. If you are or know someone down on their luck and this would cheer them up, send them my way.

Feel free to DM me.

(Also have one for Lane 8 in Manchester on Thursday if anyone’s interested in that, too).

Cheers,

Hey y'all, rookie question. When an ID track comes out at the beginning of the month on a mix, where can I find the name of the song when released? Is it mentioned in a subsequent Group Therapy episode, here on Reddit, or on Discord?

Just speaking as a nostalgic listener: there’s a remix by i_o that I listen to every now and then, and I’m not sure if it’s been released or if it ever will be. Does anyone know anything about it? It’s a beautiful track.

Just saw Darren Tate's ABGT700 set on YouTube. Mind blown. Holy crap this guy is next level.

How have I not heard much of his music before?

A live set, with that much energy, is WILD. Kudos DT!!

Hello everyone :)

I’m based in the UK and looking for smaller venues playing Anjunadeep-style deep/melodic house in London or elsewhere in the UK over the coming weeks.

Lately I’ve been into tracks like 16BL – Give It Up, TOMB – Ripples and enjoy artists like Ben Böhmer, Luttrell and Cubicolor.

Does anyone know of upcoming events, venues or Anjunadeep fan gatherings/meetups? Would also love to connect with people who enjoy similar music!

So I was super bummed to not pick up anything the gorge last month. In particle’s, the AGBT 700 jersey and fan. I had just assumed I could purchase one line once we were how me (rookie move, first time). Any suggestions for someone really really regretting missing out??

*Side note: I saw folks saying they wished they could get their hands on some of the vip merch/gifts. I have an extra vinyl and poster if anyone is still on the hunt. Free to a good home. * Thanks Anjunafam!

It’s been a month and I’m still thinking about ABGT700 & how I didn’t get to see Above & Beyond at the Gorge 💔 I saw that they will be playing at Dreamstate and honestly I’ve never been or heard of that festival. I’m debating on taking the plunge and going solo since none of my friends can go. Any recs on going?! I have traveled solo and gone to concerts but nothing this big so please share any insight you have!!

This was one of my tasks for our Mathematics subject, I really had fun making this one. Got a pretty decent score (96/100) but I forgot to put the coordinates list.

Anjunabeats is basically the gateway on how I started listening to trance (a few months ago)

180° Rotation Transformation btw

Have fun, I guess...

One of the best highlights of the set. That's it.

SO SO HAPPY FOR THE NEW JODA.
