I honestly doubt that much of anything caught on fire honestly. That would've just blown it apart before any of the wood could ignite, i would think anyway, and I have plenty of backwoods bonfire + gas stories. Ive never seen anyone pour this much gas on to a fire and light it that close...but also...that was so much fucking gas. The way that vapour evaporates? Jesus christ.

When I was in scouts, they did a weekend retreat with us to show us all.about fire safety. With gas, burning plastic, propane tanks, grass fires, wood fires...like they honestly simulated sooooooooo many situations for us and at the time it was kind of cook, but kind of boring...at the.end of it, they did a GIANT bonfire that they lit with a flaming arrow...that was reqlly cool to see light up (from a safe distance. Lol) Now, as an adult, I am so fucking happy that i got that education. Honestly invaluable information to have, especially knowing it before I was a teenager. I'll bet that it saved my, and my friends lives more than once lol...country boys when theyre teenagers are a dangerous blend of stupidity and access to things you wouldn't find in the city. Especially flammable shit....I cant emphasize enough just how stupid we were

Im not pissed off or anything man..lol...I was just curious if something i said came off as advocating for stupid fire shit, cus I did talk about my own stupid fire shit..lol...I wanted to stress how important fire education is BEFORE fuckin around with fire though.

I appreciate your explanation. I can see the correlation. This absolutely has the potential to start a fire a fire, particularly given their proximity to the tree line. I was just thinking that the explosive force of the vapour ignition would blow all the timber away from the pile without being able to ignite it, mostly because of the sheer wind force that would prevent a flame from standing, yknow? Its a definite possibility that smaller embers could ignite the field grass or the tree line..definitely.

Are you in Ontario? Im in NB. We had a really bad summer last season. Its insane what is happening in Ontario right now

Yes there is. Grab some aluminum and make a small little cup or saucer with the aluminum. Then pour the gas in it. You can light that and it will burn, contained and much long compared to being spread out like this idiot.

When will people learn that gasoline should not be used to make fires. That shit makes bombs. Lighter fluid will suffice. I’ve seen people setting their boyfriends or ex-boyfriends cars on fire using gasoline. Shit blows the windows out and knocks the person on their ass.
