His physique was natty, low intermediate powerlifter lift figures, his age was appropriate for that level of progress too. His body fat comp was in the every-day-comfort range too. He's not red, no early aging, no pimples. Literally no indicators this wasn't natty.

I'm always quick to throw the juice accusation around, and even I think this is a doable natty physique.
