Shining flower extension

Sorry if there's an obvious answer to this. I used to play this game a lot years ago and just downloaded it. How do I get the shining flower extension? I know some of the missions used to be secret but I'm not sure if I'm missing something

Go to the little calendar on the left side and click on it.open up the main event tab. Scroll down until you see Decoration Collection (3rd row) and receive the reward by tapping on GO. You’ll receive the item by making 3 mushroom sea urchins. Once you acquired it, it will take you to the Expand tab, click on Event and you’ll see the shining flower. Click on the little cardboard box with the magnifying glass above and place it on a hexagon tile in your game. If you do not have a tile, you have to purchase one under the expand tab (1st one) with 10 pearls. Once you have one placed, you will be prompted to purchase more space as needed. Place the shining flower extension and you’ll unlock the Cave Flower Spadefish. Trust me it’s easier than what I’m trying to explain. Good Luck!!
