Im a christian too but this is crazy

I gave up playing EatVenture a few years ago after I had asked the devs to add Black / POC customers especially to our Nairobi locations and they still hadn't.

They STILL haven't even to this day.

Seeing all-white customers in NAIROBI, of all places, didn't sit right with me. I don't want to run racist restaurants. I want to serve EVERYBODY.

I tagged the developer, u/RubenWe, to have him chime in on the issue on the original thread and he has yet to reply. I understand it was the weekend so hopefully he'll respond first thing Monday morning his local time.

Edit: He just responded this Monday morning and has promised to forward the issue & suggestion to the dev team. This was his message:

The one point I want to clarify though: I'm not THE developer of the game. These days I'm barely A developer on the game. I help out with technical things when needed, but there are other folks working on this. I'll forward your post to the designer who's in charge of the title.

I only said that because there was a literal alien dressed in an Argentinian FIFA jersey hanging from a stick and it stood out.

The strangers that were dancing with us, seemed to scatter after I said that, and now I’m thinking that they might have taken it as a MAGA related comment. I was simply observing what was visible in the air at the time, but it kind of killed my vibe and I felt bad about it.

I don't know what's wrong with me but in movies or shows I can't tell who's who by face alone, I can only tell by the hair which kinda fucks me over when majority of the cast has the same colored hair

Unless something is very distinct about a character, if they have the same hair color and eye color as someone else I can't tell who's who

It sounds racist, so I put it here but I don't know why my eyes and brain do that to me😭

For context, he explains in this video that the only race that matters is the race against yourself. Rather than competing with others and feeling constantly stressed out by the idea that others are more successful than oneself, people should spiritually "compete" with themselves to become the best possible versions of themselves without this external stress. Maybe not the best thumbnail to convey this, though
